My daily journaling behavior, in which I write a sentence or praps two about what matters. B- behavior, MY damn behavior. A- attitude. um, MY damn attitude. Gratitudes- what’s real, and important that day to be thankful for. Goals- the measurable goal of the day- the one and only one thing I gotta get right. Evaluation - what’s working? So we can go do more of that. Lessons learned- what kinda black eye did we get and what did we learn from it? S-successes. What wins to up on the board? Hall of fame sorta stuff. Or just lil mundane shit.
I write it daily, and typically post one line to the twitters for my accountability coach to see. Gnome only rarely engages about it on the interwebs, but I’m not doing it to create conversation, I’m doing it to show that I’m doing it. Creation for creations sake? Not exactly, just wanna show her that I’m doing the work. Doubt anyone is actually following it, or that anyone even cares about it. Except me.
Today, sitting in front of a roaring fire, coffee brewing ( drip, not siphon- its wayyyyyy to early to get a proper length of siphon made correctly), listening to NPR (Streep on fresh air extended) I’m writing
Alot. Got a trust366, project interruption, and no small stack of creative briefs to write up. To breath some level of life into. And that’s inspiring the hells outta me.
My baggels item of interest today is a lesson learned. Don’t overestimate a relationship. They may be much less into you than you think. But don’t underestimate it, either. Ya just never know exactly where ya stand with your tribe. Be ok with that, ya gotta be self sufficient.
You can’t find your completeness in anything external, or you’ll never be complete enough to help anyone. Especially yourself.
